To begin, we assign every client a personal event planner to make your luau event as stress free as possible. From start to finish, our experienced staff will listen to your needs, then present the best options to make your luau event a success.

Experience the rhythmic drums of Polynesia and the blowing of conch shells to announce the beginning of your luau. Drums of the Pacific will take you on an unforgettable journey through the South Pacific Islands.

Hang loose, take your shoes off, and get comfortable as our lovely female hula maidens of Polynesia tell their stories by enchanting dancing. In addition, our warrior men will entertain you with their charm and amaze you with the spectacular fire knife performance. Our creative staff will overlay all buffet tables with linen, and dress each serving station with any combination of skirting, floral pieces, props, shells, and various Hawaiian decor.

Your guests will dine using disposable quality clear crystal-tableware which includes plates, forks, spoons, knives, and napkins. Eating utensils can be set on guest tables or provided at the serving line.

Do not sweat it! Drums of the Pacific will do the heavy lifting. Our team members will place tables and chairs on the right spot for all your guests to enjoy.

Enjoy your party while Drums of the Pacific’s friendly staff will assist your guests. We’ll serve the food, make sure there’s enough plates and utensils, clear tables of completed meals, replenish drinks, and most common party tasks.

Each guest will receive a vibrant silk lei. What better way to acquire a lei, the guys get their lei via a beautiful Island female, and a young handsome male.

A Hawaiian luau would not be complete without tropical decor! Drums of the Pacific will create a scene reminiscent of Hawaii. We will work with you to bring it to life!

Special Island theme. From beach scenes that incorporate Aloha arch entrance, surf boards, wooden tiki gods, ample greenery, and flower decor. Let us know your favorite Island look, and we will bring it to life.

Liven up your luau party with Tropical Cocktail Drinks. “Super Well” spirit selection is included in this package. Premium or Top Shelf selections are available at an additional charge. Service includes cups, straws, beverage napkins, drink umbrellas, fresh pineapples, cherries, lime, Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, bottled waters, pineapple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, tonic water, soda, and ice.

After a memorable evening with your guests, our staff will break down and clean up our luau setup. We will pick up and haul out the trash with the goal of leaving your location at its original state as when we arrived.

A prevailing 25% service charge, tax, and 18% gratuity not included. Service charges will increase depending on the increase of guests count.

To confirm this service, a signed contract and a 25% deposit are required to completely confirm you on our calendar.
