Houston Luau Party Props & Decorations

A Hawaiian luau wouldn’t be complete without tropical decor! Drums of the Pacific will create a scene reminiscent of Hawaii. We’ll work with you to bring to life that special Island theme. From beach scenes that incorporate rainbow balloon entrances, surf boards, shells, and starfish to a Tropical scene with hut entrances, authentic wooden tiki warriors, ample trees, and flower decor. Let us know your favorite Island look, and we will bring it to life.

Props Details & Conditions

Loading Details:

  • On Upper-level floors, loading will be subject to an additional charge to bring in more staff.
  • Upper-level floors must have access to an elevator.
  • Must have an accessible area for downloading and uploading equipment.
  • Props must be placed in an open and flat area.

Volcano Restrictions for in-door events:

  • Smoke effects from volcano may set off sprinkler system. But clients may choose the option to not use smoke effects indoors.
  • If clients choose to use smoke effects indoor, an approval agreement from building owners, and/or Fire Marshall must agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DOTP (Drums of the Pacific USA Inc.) harmless from any damages, and all claims, demand, suite, or any other action arising from the provision of this section or from complying with any demands for termination or revocation hereunder. 

*Tax, delivery, and setup charge are not included. Delivery and setups times that are requested out of the 10 am-10 pm time frame will have an additional charge.
